WebArcade Terms of Use
Simple guidelines to keep WebArcade safe, fair, and fun for all players.
1. Your Account
You are in charge of keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. We use Google Firebase to protect your profile, but we cannot promise that data is permanent or will never be lost.
2. Fair Play
Please play fair. Hacking game files, using automated bots, or spoofing scores on the leaderboard is not allowed. If we notice cheating, we can reset your scores or close your account without warning.
3. Verification & Access
Some features may require you to verify your email first. We reserve the right to pause or delete accounts or gameplay logs at any time to keep the platform safe.
4. Availability and Saved Data
WebArcade is provided on an as-available basis. Browser limitations, maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or software defects can interrupt play or synchronization. Keep expectations appropriate for a free browser service and report persistent faults through Support.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not disrupt the service, probe accounts you do not own, bypass access controls, upload harmful material, harass other users, send spam, misuse support or email features, or use WebArcade for unlawful activity. Automated traffic and attempts to increase advertising impressions or clicks are prohibited.
6. Scores, Multiplayer, and Virtual Features
Most local games run in the browser and their scores are client-authoritative. Bounds and abuse controls do not make every score independently verified. Room codes are temporary and should be shared only with intended participants. Credits, plans, levels, badges, and rankings have no cash value unless a future written offer expressly states otherwise.
7. Content and Copyright
You keep rights in lawful content you submit, while allowing WebArcade to process it to provide support, moderation, game requests, and the selected feature. Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Copyright concerns can be sent to support@webarcade.in with the work, location, contact details, and a good-faith explanation.
8. Enforcement, Changes, and Contact
We may restrict accounts, rooms, scores, or content when reasonably needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or service operation. Material changes update the date on this page. Questions and appeals can be submitted through the public Support page.
