How do I reset my password?
You can request a password reset link from the login page or your profile settings. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive.
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can change your display name and username directly from your Account Dashboard.
Is my account data secure?
Absolutely. We use Firebase Authentication and secure Firestore storage to protect your private profile details.
Can I change my registered email address?
No. For security reasons and to prevent account transfer abuse, we do not accept changing the email address once registered.

Why did my game score not register?
Ensure you are logged in and have a stable internet connection while playing. Offline plays do not sync to leaderboards.
Can I play retro games multiplayer?
Yes! Games like Pong and TicTacToe have active multiplayer lobbies. Share game room codes with friends to join.
How are leaderboard ranks computed?
Leaderboard ranking is based on high scores recorded in each game, updating automatically in real-time.
Can I play games using a controller?
Currently we support keyboard controls and touch inputs. Controller support is coming in a future update!
