WebArcade Privacy Summary
How we handle your account and game data to keep WebArcade safe and secure.
1. Information We Process
Account records can include your email address, username, profile image, verification and account status, security settings, session/device labels, login streaks, privacy choices, support messages, social relationships, notifications, achievements, game activity, and bounded scores or match results.
2. Firebase and Hosting Providers
Firebase Authentication handles identity. Cloud Firestore stores account, gameplay, social, support, and administration records. Firebase Realtime Database supports Pong room signaling. The frontend is served through Cloudflare and backend requests run on Vercel. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
3. Device Storage, Cookies, and Analytics
Local storage keeps preferences, guest progress, and selected resumable game state. Secure HTTP-only cookies may hold the backend session. Firebase may use browser storage for authentication. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance measurements. Blocking required storage can prevent sign-in or saved settings.
4. Email and AI Providers
Configured email providers process addresses and message content for verification, security notices, password recovery, support, and administrator-authorized campaigns. When you use Maya or administrator AI writing tools, the submitted prompt and bounded conversation context are sent to the configured AI provider to produce a response. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, or sensitive personal information.
5. Logs and Security Data
We process bounded request, rate-limit, authentication-result, moderation, audit, and provider-failure records to prevent abuse and diagnose outages. Production logs must not contain passwords, OTPs, session cookies, authorization headers, or raw provider secrets.
6. Retention
Active account and gameplay records are kept while needed to provide the service. Short-lived verification, recovery, rate-limit, room, and duplicate-result records expire or are periodically removed. Closed support records may be cleaned after the operational retention window. Providers may retain limited backups or security logs under their own policies.
7. Account and Data Deletion
Account settings provide controls to clear game data, clear eligible activity, deactivate, or delete the account. Deletion removes the active Firebase account and associated application records handled by the deletion workflow. You can also request help through the public Support page.
8. Advertising Preparation and Consent
WebArcade contains an AdSense publisher declaration and verification metadata, but this does not mean advertising is active on every page. If ads are activated, suitable public content pages may load Google advertising technology. Personalized ads will require the consent choices applicable to the visitor's region; non-personalized or limited ads may still use storage for delivery, fraud prevention, frequency controls, and measurement.
9. Your Choices
You can play local games as a guest, adjust public-profile settings, manage cookies through the browser, avoid AI features, decline optional communications, and request access, correction, or deletion through Support. Some requests require identity verification to protect the account.
10. Contact and Updates
Privacy questions can be submitted through WebArcade Support or sent to support@webarcade.in. Material changes will update the date shown on this page. This policy describes the service and is not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
